Cherry blossom festivals

Hi,
I was wondering if anyone knows the dates of the nakameguro cherry blossom festival? We are wanting to go when there are street food stalls. I can only seem to find dates for the illumination.
Also has anyone been to the nihonbashi cherry blossom festival? Wondering if it is worth checking out, or only worth going to if in the area?
