Seeking small dry curry restaurant

Hello

I'm looking for a restaurant in Japan that specializes in curry and only makes 5 dry curry servings a day.
I saw it in a food documentary but they didn't say anything about the name or address.

I was wondering if someone who reads Japanese can read from this picture where it's located. Maybe it's possible from the signs to say what city or neighborhood its located in.

Not much to read on the picture, except oden

Picture is really not clear

If you have a picture with a better resolution your best chance would be the pillar. It has advertisement for a gynecologist (or so it seems) and it would be quite normal that it has its address printed on it and it will be for sure in the proximity. Or at least you could try searching for the name of the clinic. Do you know the city? Tokyo?

The “oden ingredients” おでん種 XXがわ屋 on the left side seems to be identifiable as おがわ屋 here:

Nearest station is Shoin Jinja Mae on Setagaya line (Tokyo).

I don’t find anything about dry curry though. And if I check on street view, some of the shops seem to have changed since the image. Good luck!

Knowing that it is near Shoin Jinja Mae is already a great help! I'll go explore around that area :)
