Hi All,
The SmartEX app which is avail in my countries.
Just wondering using the above app, can I reserve my Tokaido Sanyo Shinkansen and collect on the day of travel (20 Days from today) by producing my JRP at the JR Ticket Office without my Credit Card being charged?

No - Smart Ex and JRP are two completely different products.
With JRP you cannot reserve Tokaido shinkansen until you have your JRP and are in Japan.
