Narita airport to Higashi-Shinjuku station

I had booked 'Capsule Hotel Transit Shinjuku' . So i was told this hotel is near by to Higashi-Shinjuku station. I will arrive Narita airport at 21:00 hrs and after immigration it might be 21:45 hrs. I checked pre booking for options skyliner but again i am not sure if they close the ticket counter at 21:00 hrs. Which will be best way for me to travel to the above hotel or nearby station? Suggestions please..
