Unadjusted soy milk

Some soy milk brand like Marusan has the unadjusted version which seems to be a pure soy milk with only ingredients of soy bean and water. I don't live in Japan and usually don't have issue with soy milk, but Marusan unadjusted milk always gave bloating sensation. Is this type of milk supposed to be diluted or used in cooking?

I am not using that particular brand, but "un-adjusted" is the type we use.
People drink it as it is. Some might use it for making "tofu" at home. We use it straight for cereal and instead of coffee creamer or just drink it.
