Kyoto - Ise - Toba by Japan Rail Pass 2019/4/9 06:08
Hello,
i' m going to visit Ise Grand Shrine on april 27, spend the night at ise, and next morning go to kamishima, make a round tour of the island, then come back to ise and get the last train on april 28 to tokyo.
would it be possible to do kyoto-ise-toba-kamishima-toba-tokyo in two days?
is there an extra fee for the train to/from ise for the JRPass holders?
thank you very much in advance

For touring Ise, Toba, and Kamishima two days sounds doable. Plan on leaving Kyoto very early, and arriving in Tokyo late. One train segment between Nagoya and Ise is not covered by the JR Pass, but you can stay on the train and pay the conductor when he makes his rounds.

The JR Pass does not cover your travels between Kyoto and Ise on the Kintetsu Line.
