Reservation needed for Takao Beer Mount?

is it nescessary to make a reservation für takao beer mount?
where can i do so if its needed?

I’ve never been there, so I checked the reservation site (Yahoo dining) but the site is not open yet.

According to the HP, there are 800 seats and they take reservation just 100 seats.
You can get queue ticket once you get there.

Do you refer to the beergarden on top of mt Takao by Tokyo?

I remember some years ago (weekend) very long queues. So if you can do a reservation that would be better. However there can also be queues for the cable car so arrive early (or plan to hike).
