I'll be visiting Nagoya and Mie and I'd like to know which IC cards can be used in the two places.

In Nagoya, any of themajor cards. In Mie, it depends where exactly (Mie is a prefecture, not a city) but probably none.

Then yes, but only if you go with Kintetsu, not with JR.

I mean you can use an IC card (any of the major ones) if you go with Kintetsu, but not if you go with JR.
