Tateyama alps course tomorrow

Hi we will be in the area of tateyama alps course tomoorow. The website says that its partially open:

From April 10-14 the route is partially open between Tateyama Station and Midagahara.

Can someone please explain what does it mean?
We are coming with a car.
Where should we go to in the morning?
What will we be able to do ? Short hiking?
How much time will we be likely to spend there?
We can return to the same place we left the car?

I read that the open route tomorrow is Dentetsu Toyama - Midagahara
But still you havent answered my questions above...

It's already today so this might be too late, but I will try to answer.

Where should we go to in the morning?

There are several parking lots around Tateyama station where you will take the cablecar.

What will we be able to do ? Short hiking?

Well, I am not sure, but if you don't prepare for winter climbing, no. Midagahara is covered with snow.

Until the return bus starts. It will be very cold.
