If I understand correctly the times will be published only the day before and change each day: https://www.pandakuroshio.jp/It gives you the date and the train number and then at the bottom you can see at what time that train number is. Today itfs the one that runs directly from/to Kyoto. 28/April is in the middle of GW, it might be hard to get a ticket for that day. I would go to a JR counter (Jr west) as soon as possible and ask there more information about the reservation process. Enjoy your trip to Japan!
