I am 27 years old, born in Japan, my father is a japanese, but already deceased. How can I apply a koseki tohon?
I only have a signed registration application form signed by my father. I am staying in the Philippines for 24 years. do I still have a chance ? Thank you

Are you a Japanese citizen? If so, you can get it at a city/town hall where your legal address on the family registry is in.
