Accommodate at Chichibu

Dear Sir / mdm,

I intend to attend the Chichibu Night Festival from 1 to 4 Dec. However, I have searched most of the website and I couldn't find any room available.
1) Does it mean the room rates is not available now? Or the rooms have been fully booked.
2) Where are the nearest accommodation available that I can easily get to the event.

Many places only accept reservations within 3 months of the requested date. Before that they show up as "unavailable" or "full" on the English reservation pages. 1 December is 7 months out, so keep trying as some may accept reservations earlier, but usually not until you're 6 months out. You can also take a look at the Japanese reservation site which gives a bit more information and sometimes accepts earlier reservations (try Bing translate).
