When is Mt. Asahidake Mountain Festival 2019?

Hi,
I understanding there is usually an annual event at Mt. Asahidake to hold an opening ceremony by the Ainu folks for the mountaineering season.
I read in different websites which give different information. Some mentioned is on 2nd Sat of JUNE and some mentioned is 3rd Sat of June.
I will appreciate the community advice on the actual date of the Mt. Ashidake Mountain Festival 2019 and where is the actual venue of the event.
