Kagoshima Machi Meguri Bus

We are planning to take the machi meguri bus in Kagoshima.
We were wondering if one can get on at Tenmonkkan and go to the bus terminal at Kagoshima-Chuo.
Will appreciate some help. Many thanks.

We were wondering if one can get on at Tenmonkkan and go to the bus terminal at Kagoshima-Chuo. Yes. It will take 5 min though you may have to wait for 15 min or so. You may also want to consider another hop-on bus, Kagoshima City View. http://www.kotsu-city-kagoshima.jp/en/e-tourism/e-sakurajima-tabi/This bus is operated by Kagoshima city (Machi Meguri is operated by Kagoshima Kôtsu) and if you buy one day pass (600 yen), you can take tram and Kagoshima city bus for free. Advantages of Machi Meguri bus are: 1. it is more frequent (every 20 min, City View is every 30 min) 2. it is slightly cheaper (by 100 yen) and 3. it has Wifi. Oh, one more thing. Welcome to Kagoshima (I am a resident of Kagoshima).
