Late arrival at KIX

Hi, my flight estimated arrive at KIX 945pm and need to check in at Hotel MYSTAYS Shin Osaka Conference Centre. When check google map, JR HARUKA line is the nearest. But, last train is 1016pm and ticket counter close at 10pm. Do you think I able to catch up the train or do have any better suggestion to go hotel? If the ticketing counter is closed, can we purchase the pass at kiosk machine? Thank you in advance.

Google maps will tell you that the last train connection from the airport to Shin Osaka leaves at 23:17 (I looked it up for today, so check for your own day). It�fs not a Haruka but still it gets you to your destination.
Tickets can be bought at ticket machines.
