Namba OCAT to Kyoto Stn by Keihan bus

Hi
I just want to check on the bus direct express from Namba Ocat to Kyoto Stn by Keihanbus.
I have a family of 5 with big luggages.
Keihanbus website shows there is a direct Q express from Stating from Keihan Hotel -> USJ -> Namba Ocat to Kyoto Station with hourly departures. But there is a small note saying no reservation for namba Ocat.
Japanbusonline however only show 1 morning bus at Namba Ocat at 8:25am.
Does the Keihanbus runs hourly buses from Namba Ocat to Kyoto Station? Can I book online for this?
