Hakone Free Pass Romance Train reservations

I plan to go from Tokyo Shinjuku Station to Hakone next one (June 2019). I have 2 questions:

1. Is it possible to buy a Hakone 3 day Free Pass online? The only option I see via Japan experience is for a 2 day pass.

2. Can you make a reservation for the Romance Train online with a Hakone Free Pass? I understand there is a 1090Y surcharge, however I do not want to pay the full fare since I plan to buy the free pass, and that covers the roundtrip from Shinjuku to Hakone (minus the surcharge). The only option via the Romance train website for advanced seat reservations is to pay the full fare.

(1) You can buy it when you are in Japan. Since Hakone Free Pass is for the base fare only, they don't sell out.

(2) �gRomance Car�h train�fs limited express surcharge is completely on top of the Hakone Free Pass. The Pass covers the base fare, so you can take local or express trains (that take longer, and no seat assignment available), so you need to pay the surcharge if you want toe Romance Car. I don�ft quite understand your question about �gfull fare.�h Hakone Free Pass already is a discounted fare package of all the different modes of transport within Hakone, if you want to do the round course in Hakone.

You got on to the Odakyu railway website and reserve you limited express ticket only. The pass covers your base fare.
