Japan Summer Festivals?

hello,

i need some recommendations for summer festivals with fireworks and lots of food stalls in japan this summer.

10.08. to 16.08.19 in hokkaido area
17.08. to 26.08.19 in tokyo area
27.08. to 03.09.19 in osaka area

are there fireworks at these bon odori festivals in tokyo or sapporo?

Kawasaki Daishi is beside of Haneda Airport.
Not Bon-odori and fireworks, but Mikoshi parade is tremendous.
And here not so many foreign tourist,it is hidden gem, off the beaten path.

Specific to Hanabi, I normally use this webpage.

It’s in Japanese but if you take some time you’ll be able to navigate it. It’s well organized by Prefecture and with a calendar and tells you how big the hanabi is (look at the number of 発) which gives an indication how many rockets there are.
It also says how many people were there. Often the unit is 万人、 is x times 10000 people.
