Hi,
I am hoping to be clarified on some issues for my trip from Shinjuku to Gotemba, when I will be holding the JR Pass.
According to Hyperdia, there is a 10:40AM Limited Express Mt. Fuji train from Shinjuku (JR) to Gotemba via Matsuda. Japan-guide.com stated to board from Odakyu Shinjuku instead, so where should be the correct boarding station?
Do I still need to pay the supplement fee if I'm boarding from Shinjuku (JR)?

Mostly travels on non JR rail lines. So yes you need to pay extra supp fees.
You boards from the Odakyu Railway platforms.
