JR East Pass (Nagano, Niigata) covers Narai?

I'm not sure whether this pass cover the route form matsumoto to Narai station for visiting Narai Juku. i've read some website said that the route does not cover, it will cover only to Shiojiri station but some said it's covered. Please suggest.

Not covered; Narai is a JR Central station. Covered up to Shiojiri.
