Is this sentence grammatically correct 2019/6/7 05:29
Hello,

Please tell me if this sentence is grammatically correct.

あなたの両親は俺のことを知合ったら、俺が好きになると思います。
"I think your parents would like me if they got to know me."

From a reddit thread: you are on a train, and two girls ask to take picture withyou because you are handsome. The girls say to each other that they like you but they're afraid their parents won't let them marry a foreigner.

あなたの両親が、ぼくがどんな人間かを知ってくれたら、ぼくのことを好きになってくれると思う。

This expression might be more natural.

This sentence is translated as that
“Your parents would like me if they get to know what the man I am”.
