I'm desperately looking for a Hikari (NTT east) and (mustn't be the same) LTE provider (Sim only).
I tried to apply at:
DMM
Nifty
plapla
They all happily send me hundreds (almost literally) emails telling me they can only continue after talking to me on the phone. Which I can't...
If they have English support that be okay too.
