Japan Post ATM Fees (with a JPost account)

Okay, so this might come across a bit paranoid (and stupid), but that's in my nature. I have an account with the Japan Post, and I live in Kagoshima-ken. I've got two questions that I haven't been able to find answers for online.
1) If I am depositing a large amount of cash into my Japan Post account from a Japan Post ATM, will there be a handling fee?
2) If I am withdrawing money from a Japan Post ATM from my account in a different prefecture, is there going to be a fee?

Yuucho user, speaking from experience.
1. No.
2. No. In Fukushima, withdraw in Tokyo, no fees.
