Buses from Tawado to Hachimantai Area

Hi all,
I managed to find the bus schedule from Tazawako Station to Hachimantai area. However, there is this footnote.
Could someone explain to me?? Does it means the bus will operate daily from 14 Sep to 20 Oct?
★印…土曜・日曜・祝日運行。ただし、４月２７日〜５月６日、８月１０日〜８月１８日、
９月１４日〜１０月２０日間は毎日運行。

The bus with the star symbol only runs on Saturday, Sunday and national holidays, EXCEPT 27/April to 6/May, 10/Aug to 18/Aug and 14/Sep-20/Oct when it also runs on all other weekdays.
