I will be staying near Tochigi Station. I plan to purchase NIKKO ALL AREA PASS and visit Nikko .
My question is " Does the Pass cover the train from Tochigi station to/from Nikko station?

According to http://tabi.tobu.co.jp/ticket/honsen/a02_k.html your boarding station is a valid starting point when using that pass.
