Mistake in COE

My husband submitted my papers in Japan to get the Coe, but he made a mistake and wrote my name in the English format (first the given name and last the family name), now in the Coe my first name is the family name and the family name is the given name.
What do I need to do in this case?
PS: I'm from Brazil

He should call and ask the office where he submitted the form.
They are the only people who can tell you what to do.
