Hi, Ifm searching for a song that is often played in Japanese stores, I last heard it in the yushima branch of Don Quixote aswell as the Life supermarket in Asakusa,
It sounds like chiptune music and has a sound like
Do do dodo do dooooo Do do dodo do doooooo.
Wonder if anyone knows it?

Yeah in Japan that song is basically the musical shorthand for "discount store daily specials."
You can even buy the jingle machines for yourself and set up your own recordings, like this guy did: https://soranews24.com/2018/08/14/japanese-genius-finds-a-clever-way-to-remind-himself-how-awesome-coming-home-is%E3%80%90video%E3%80%91/
