2020 Spring school holidays in Osaka?

I know the break is usually the last week of March and the first week of April. But next year the first week of April is very short, so does that mean school goes back on the 6 April or 13 April?

A week is 7 days. Always. So not sure how a week in early April 2020 can be shorter than any other random week.
Are you asking about public school holidays in Osaka or about holidays at a Japanese language school in Osaka?
