Yes. JR-West Sanyo-San'in Area Pass, San'in-Okayama Area Pass and Kansai WIDE Area Pass are valid for Okayama -- Kamigori -- Chizu -- Tottori, partly by the non-JR Chizu Express Line (Kamigori -- Chizu). Among JR-West passes, only JR-West Sanyo-San'in Area Pass covers Shinkansen and Limited Express surcharges also when your seat is reserved. - JR-West passes https://www.westjr.co.jp/global/en/ticket/pass/
