Missing Persons Database

I'm from the US. Most towns, cities, and states have an online database of missing persons that anyone can view, read, see photos, repost missing fliers. Does Japan have something similar?

When typing "japan missing persons" into google, many options come up. Most options highlight that there is no missing persons list unlike in the US, so finding people is more difficult.
