I'm using the Highway Bus website, but it only shows trips until 21st August even though the climbing season goes until mid-September. Please let me know if you have any tips on booking the bus for early September!

Looks like a 1 month window applies. You can check. If you try again today and see that you can book until 22/Aug itfs clearly still to early to book for September.
