Hi there , I am planning to bring my dual voltage hair straightener (110V - 240V) to Fukuoka , Japan which uses 100V , and was wondering if it will still work just as well (heat up as much) with just just a socket adapter ?
This is quite an urgent question and would really appreciate a speedy reply from someone !! thank you !!

A quick google check would give you some answers.
Japan 100V 50hz (Fukuoka)
Just check the frequency 50hz. 60hz or both
And the plug to insert to the wall power socket.
