hello,
can anybody tell me where exactly the Tsuruta Matsuri Fireworks is on august 16th 2019?
i can not find the specific place.
do i need to book in advance or is it free entrance?

No personal experience of the event. The only thing I know is that it is going to be held this year on Friday Aug 16 starting 7.30 pm in the evening.
