Karuizawa to Meganebashi Bridge, Usui Lake

Hi, I wish to visit Meganebashi Bridge (the arched bridge) from Karuizawa station in mid October. I am considering renting a bike or go by bus, but is wondering; 1- Can i (not a frequent biker) ride there given that the road is uphill. 2- I found some information (on another answer) that there is a JR Bus that runs between Karuizawa and Yokokawa that passes the Bridge, route in https://mb.jorudan.co.jp/os/bus/1322/line/26161.htmlBut it is all in Japanese and i cannot find that round trip bus and its timetable. Can somebody help with this. Thank you a lot!
