Please note that ポーカー is Katakana. It’s one of the 3 Japanese scripts but not kanji as you were maybe hoping for. To me it would really look strange anything tattooed in katakana. I can see the attractiveness of a good artistic kanjI, but katakana???
Maybe you could look for the Chinese word for it if it absolutely needs to be a tattoo.

Just for your information, do note that a ポーカー tattoo would look odd (to say it politely) to the average Japanese while a "Poker" tattoo would look nice. But, of course, you could ignore that fact.

Yes, I did indeed type it in katakana, since it's an imported word. Writing it in hiragana would be wrong and equally as odd. And since there's no kanji for that term, you're stuck with katakana unless you try to use kanji that sound like "poker" but would not mean the card game.

Benjamin,
John wrote: unless you try to use kanji that sound like "poker"
And that in tattoo would also look odd from a Japanese perspective.
