Hi there! can someone please help me to find an updated bus timetable from HITA to Kurokawa Onsen? This post: https://www.kyusanko.co.jp/sankobus/toshikan/kurokawa/table/tt1.pdfis dated 2018 and I'm not sure it will work for November 2019. Moreover referring to the above timetable, am I correct if I understand that there is a bus leaving from Hita at 11:00 arriving Kurokawa at 12:12 ? Sorry but I definetely cannot read Japanese :) thanks!!

The timetable is still up-to-date. It is quite likely that the timetable will remain unchanged in November 2019, as well. But you may want to double-check again a little bit later.

Yes, that is correctly understood.
日田バスセンター refers to Hita Bus Center
黒川温泉 refers to Kurokawa Onsen

If you are checking the times of buses going to Kurokawa, you should also be checking the times of when they leave - bus service is infrequent both ways. Presumably if you are going by bus then you are staying overnight. I highly recommend getting the tegata there which lets you try out 3 different onsen there. Going to one ryokan can be a nice experience, but trying out several outdoor baths is even better. https://youtu.be/Xs_JXC6bhkM
