Are there any paparazzi in Japan?I mean paparazzi who follow celebs around and take pictures of them not who take pictures of normal people or places.

Yes, though not many.
You donft see hordes of them waiting outside trendy restaurants and nightclubs like you do in LA or NYC. Moreover therefs very little public interest in pictures of famous people walking down the street and living their daily lives.
However when therefs a scandal, there are almost always pictures.
