Hi everybody,
i have 2 days left on my JP rail pass (from saturday to monday) and i think i have seen every major interesting place this month. Is there any area between Kyoto and Tokyo, which i could use to stay in a nice ryokan, any tips?
Thanks so much!

Somewhere a bit cooler maybe, like Karuizawa (not between Kyoto and Tokyo). I really like Hikone (nice castle, just near Maibara which is the stop short of Kyoto), and also Hakone as already suggested.

Does somebody know if it is possible to send luggage from train station to train station? I always read from airport to hotel or from train station to hotel, but never from train st to train st. Thank you!
