5 day trip to Hokkaido (23 nov - 27 nov)

Hey guys, our family of 3 is planning a trip to Hokkaido for the mentioned dates. We plan to visit Sapporo, Otaru, Niseko and Lake Toya if possible. Would you have any suggestions on the length of stay at each place, transport tips as well as recommended stay? Many thanks in advance!

5 nights? 3 for Sapporo, day trip to Otaru, 1 night each for Niseko and Toya.
For Toya, can consider staying at The Lake View Toya Nonokaze Resort, there is free shuttle bus service from Sapporo Station, or 1k yen per pax 1 way from New Chitose Airport, reservation is needed in advance for both.
