Travelling From Narita T1 to Kikugawa

My flight arrives in Narita T1 at 21:05 and I was wondering what would my way of travel as I know the Narita Express stops around 21:45. If so, what would my routes by rail or other means of transport as I am slightly wary of the time.

You could stay at an airport hotel or over-night in Tokyo. And then continue to Kikugawa the following morning. That assumes travelling by train.
Renting a car (potentially expensive) you could drive. It is 300km so would take 4-5 hours.
