Entering Japan Working Holiday Visa

Hi there! Could you please tell me, if I would get the Working Holiday Visa for example in November, and Ifm turning 31 in January, but Ifm not sure if I could travel right away to Japan after I received the Visa, could I still go after my birthday? Because I saw only that I have to be 30 years old at the application for the Visa.
