We are arriving at Fukuoka cruise terminal and would like to visit the Buddha at Nanzoin. Are there buses or subway trains to take us to Hakata station? I am worried that with 4,000 passengers there will not be enough taxis? We only have 8 hours so want to see as much as possible.

Google maps shows a 2.0-2.5km walk to the nearest subway station depeding on which dock your ship ports at.
Two transfers would be required to get to Nanzo-in.
