Shimanami Kaido - cant find bicycle rentals

Hi,
I was planning to do the Shimanami Kaido on October 13th-14th Onomichi -> Imabari and strangely enough, I can't find a bicycle rental as they're all fully booked.
Does anyone have an idea of private rental places I can check, or any other companies other than GIANT or the Shimanami public bicycle system?

I just did the trail in late May and grabbed the bike from public rental facility in the morning with no pre-booking. I think their online system showed no availability at the time as well but there were plenty of bikes when I showed up at the place at 7am. I wrote about it here https://bizarrejourneys.com/shimanami-kaido/ - did you also check out Red Bicycles? They are expensive but may have availability.
