Ecopa Stadium RWC 2019 parking

I'm driving to Ecopa Stadium. RWC website says don't! But it is my best alternative.* There seems to be lots of parking around the venue excluding parking in the immediate vicinity which is reserved for the handicapped. Does anyone local to Shizuoka have advice? I'm happy to walk for 15-30 minutes to get to the stadium.
RWC has parking lots nominated but the websites are in Japanese only. Google translate works to a point but I failed!
*three traveling from Tokyo via a morning visit to Mt Fuji (Lake Kawaguchiko) and lunch at Miho Beach.

You could consider parking at either Hamamatsu Station ( 20 mins travel \ 410) or Kakegawa Stn and catch the train JR Tokaido Line, to Aino Stn which is about 15 mins walk to stadium.
