Hi

1. Tokyo wide pass can only buy in Japan?

2. Understand that It is for use 3 consecutive day, but if I buy the pass first on 12 September, can I use it later on 14, 15, 16 September?

12, 13, 14 Sept. It is for consecutive days. It is purchased in JR East area. (Tokyo)

I have only purchased it for immediate use, so I don't know if you can start it on a later date.
