Otaru to Shakotan area via public transport

Hi all, I'm planning a day trip from Otaru to Shakotan area via public transport in October.
I have done some research and there is a public bus available to reach different places based on this: https:/cotaru_07.pdf
1st stop: Shimamui Coast - alight at Shimamui Coast Entrance Stop (ΣCέόϋ)
2nd stop: Cape Kamui - alight at Cape Kamui (last stop)
The only place that I can't quite figure where to alight is for Cape Ogon... Based on Google maps, Cape Ogon seems walkable from Shakotan Town itself (about 7 mins).
Can anyone advise what is the nearest bus stop to access Cape Orgon or is it not possible via public transport?
