Car guys, anyone know how Daikoku is?

Hi all,
I'm planning on renting a car on the Friday the 20th, at about 8pm. I was planning to visit Daikoku but I heard rumours it gets shut down almost every time with the rugby World cup and the date I've picked is right at the start.
Is it worth continuing with my plan or should I save my money?
I might be coming back in 2021 so hopefully I will be able to visit then anyway
