Ise-Kumano-Wakayama Area tourist pass query

Hello, 

I'm looking at getting the Ise-Kumano-Wakayama Area tourist pass but I cannot figure out if it covers the Limited Express Kuroshio from Hineno to Kii-Tanabe. 

I can see that some of the trains along this route are covered but this one is not mentioned. Could you please confirm if the Limited Express Kuroshio is covered by thr pass or will I have to change in Wakayama?

Hineno is located where the line to Kansai Airport branches off the Hanwa Line. The limited express train runs along the Hanwa and Kisei lines, and the pass does cover limited express trains.
