Is Kirin brewery factory (Yokohama) open on the 23/9/19? That would be September 19, 2023, four years from now? I believe they should be open that day. If you're writing the date backwards though, and referring to September 23 of this year, then they should also be open for the factory tour (assuming that's what you're interested in). They're closed on Mondays, unless Monday is a holiday, in which case they're closed on Tuesday, the next day. You need to call for a reservation anyway, and you should do so soon as they tend to fill up on weekends and holidays.
