Would like to ask for recommendations to tea houses with desserts in a traditional Japanese setting, and at a moderate cost would be perfect. We'll be taking several such breaks over a few days so would appreciate recommendations in the areas of Fushimi Inari Taisha, Arashiyama, Kiyomizu-dera, Sannenzaka, Ninnenzaka and Gion. Thank you.

Relatively frequently this will be offered at temples. For a price starting from maybe around 500 yen ( although I guess that Kyoto is more expensive so Ifd be prepared to expect about 1000 yen).
Obviously you can also pre plan, but in my experience generally in Japan you just hit on these places as you visit temples and gardens.
Enjoy your trip to Kyoto!
